We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. the location was superb, right across from a beautiful park and within walking distance of all the attractions. the apartment itself was lovely, with fresh bedding and towels, and a well-equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine. the hosts were charming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We were also pleased with the extensive supply of tea, coffee, and milk provided. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
We did experience a delay in checking in, as we had to wait for someone to arrive and let us in.

Everything was nice and I would stay at Regency House Apartments again if staying in Cambridge. The apartment I stayed in was on the first floor and I didn't see any other apartments at Regency House.

-Newly refurbished with new furniture (bed wardrobe & kitchen). -Location, 2 minutes walking distance to the historic town center.
badly refurbished. Extremely bad bathroom. not very clean and not refurbished properly. it has stains on sealing and rust on most of the pipes. The toilet is almost under the shower (at 0.5m) but at 10 cm from the wall !!! For the price we were expecting much better apartment. even is the bedroom/saloon is nicely decorated. Also the apartment was very noisy, from the car on the street (due to very bad isolated windows quite old) and from upstairs neighbors or even the air ventilator noisy and working all the time.

The staff were affable and kind, all of them. The room was extremely spacious. We could enjoy views onto a park:)))

The building itself was beautiful and the apartment was clean and comfortable, with good quality bed linen and towels. the kitchen was well equipped and the hot water and taps worked well.
The security of the apartment was questionable, with a basic door lock that provided no real protection. Communication with the staff was complex and inefficient, and the check-in and payment process was tedious.

I can't wait to go back, thanks for a really nice experience. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed them. The bathroom is clean, relaxing after a long day. There's views of the park across the street. The personnel is affable. There is café M &s Cafe offering coffee and treats within 300 metres of the venue.

The location was comfortable and decent, 5 minutes walking from a geology museum. And I was located close to the city centre.
The bathroom was very small, it upset me a little.

Loved the central location, just a short walk to town and with a lovely view out of the window. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay including kitchen appliances and cutlery. It felt very homely and the modern decor was a nice touch.
There were a few aspects that left a lot to be desired. the front door was not secure at all, making us feel uneasy about leaving any valuables in the apartment.

I recently stayed at these apartments in Cambridge for a few nights. The location was perfect, right next to the city centre. The apartment overlooked a beautiful park and was within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment itself was clean and had a great view. I loved the little touches like the plants and the strip lights in the landing. The kitchen was functional and the towels and linens were clean and fresh. it was a pleasant stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I stayed at these lovely apartments in an old townhouse for 3 nights with my family. The central location was perfect, overlooking the park and a short walk to the center of Cambridge. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, including a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. The bedding and towels were fresh and of good quality. The hosts were charming and responsive. Parking was easy at a nearby car park.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
